Privacy Policy

Fishers of Men is a family music ministry. We keep this simple: we collect the least we can, we use it only to share our music with you, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what we gather and the choices you have.

01What we collect

• Your email address — when you subscribe for release updates or request a free download.
• Your name — only if you choose to enter it on the subscribe form (optional).
• Basic technical data — standard server and security information (such as your request details) handled by our hosting provider to keep the site running and safe.

We do not collect payment information, and we don't ask for any sensitive personal details.

02How we use it

• To email you about new music releases and ministry news you signed up for.
• To deliver the free downloads you request.
• To understand how many people have subscribed, in aggregate.

We only email you about what you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.

03Where your data is stored

Subscriber details and release information are stored using Cloudflare (database and file storage) on our behalf. Files such as cover art and audio are hosted there as well. Cloudflare processes this data as our infrastructure provider; you can read about their practices on their website.

04Cookies & local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We do store a small amount of information in your browser to make the site work:

• A flag remembering that you've already entered your email for a free download, so we don't ask you again on return visits.
• Your display preferences (such as any look-and-feel options you've toggled).

This information stays in your browser and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings.

05Links to other services

Our pages link out to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. When you follow those links, the privacy practices of those services apply. We're not responsible for their handling of your data.

06Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the infrastructure providers that operate the site (above), and only as needed to run it — or if required by law.

07Your choices & rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Access or delete — ask us what we hold about you, or to remove you entirely.
• Correct — ask us to fix anything that's wrong.

Just contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

08Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll remove it.

09Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "effective" date above and post the new version here.
